Hi all!

I currently own a 250 Virago, but I have pretty much made up my mind to upgrade to a Savage this spring. This forum has been great in helping me make up my mind. I now feel like I can buy a Savage without worrying about any problems - because you folks here have all the solutions! This forum is truly amazing.

I have the opportunity this spring to buy a '97 Savage in dark metallic blue with 11,000km on it. It has a windshield, engine guards, saddle bags, and auxillary running lights. It's in beautiful condition, looks just like brand new! The owner bought it new and has always stored it in her garage and run premium fuel in it, so I think I'm really lucky to be getting this bike. She's selling it for $3500 CDN, which I think is a pretty good deal.

Now, the hard part will be holding off all winter from buying accessories for it! I think I will probably buy a gel seat and an after-market exhaust. Which is better, the Jardine or the Supertrapp?

Anyhow, thanks again very much for all your input and I can't wait to get my hands on that Savage!

Will tell you all about it next spring!
Amy
